Commercial Insurance Under Global Captive Plan, administered by Ping An Insurance, the underwriting and insurance premium is set by Granite Team. Includes term life, AD&D, and medical insurance.
Employee Assistance Program
A voluntary and completely confidential service provided to employees and their eligible family members to help meet many challenges at home and work. > EAP
Employee Resource Groups
Open to all Caterpillar employees and typically created around an aspect of common identity and/or underrepresented group. > ERGs
Enterprise Annuity Program Supplemental saving/pension plan. A voluntary program provided by the government with tax-deferred benefits. All contributions managed by investment management vendors in trust model.  Contact local HR for Enterprise Annuity Manual
Leave Policies Provided leaves include annual leave, full-pay sick leave, partial-pay sick leave, maternity leave, bereavement leave, marriage lave, paternity leave and company-paid additional holidays.
Overtime Benefits  Caterpillar complies with all applicable Chinese laws and regulations regarding overtime management.
