Caterpillar’s Global Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers facilitator-led presentations designed to build mental health awareness and promote the use of Caterpillar’s EAPs. 

Presentations can be delivered to employee and leadership audiences by either the internal Caterpillar team or trainers from our vendor partner, Lifeworks. 

For most requests, EAP training resources are available at no charge.
