China Mobility Employees (CME) Support Support provided to China domestic relocation employees in housing, schooling, etc.

Commercial Insurance Under Global Captive Plan, administered by Ping An Insurance, the underwriting and insurance premium is set by Granite Team. Includes term life, AD&D, and medical insurance.
Commuting Benefits Shuttle bus provided for daily commuting.
Company Car Available to SG28 and above. Provides leased car or car allowance RMB 8,000/month.
Education Support for Employee Development Per AP policy and BU and supervisor approval, support provided for successfully completing educational courses.
Employee Assistance Program
A voluntary and completely confidential service provided to employees and their eligible family members to help meet many challenges at home and work. > EAP
Employee Resource Groups
Open to all Caterpillar employees and typically created around an aspect of common identity and/or underrepresented group. > ERGs
Enterprise Annuity Program Supplemental saving/pension plan. A voluntary program provided by the government with tax-deferred benefits. All contributions managed by investment management vendors in trust model.
FESCO Benefits Program Provides annual medical check, on-boarding medical check, holiday gifts, movie tickets, etc. Administered by Beijing FESCO and Shanghai FSG.
Flu Vaccinations Provided to employees once per year.
Leave Policies Provided leaves include annual leave, parental leave, maternity leave, prolonged medical leave, sick leave, and company-paid additional holidays.
Overtime Benefits  After three hours of overtime, reimbursement available for reasonable meal expenses and transportation expenses.
Ping An Group Health 360 Service Program Employee flexible benefit program per personal preference. Administered by Ping An Network Insurance. Premium borne by employee.
Severance Policy PCPP for job role removed.
